About the role
You will support the L&D team to transition to one Learning Management System and overall L&D offer, through creating an effective blended learning approach across all courses and programmes as deemed suitable. You will design engaging and interactive learning solutions that meet new business requirements and contribute e-learning skills and knowledge to technology-enhanced learning projects, to support integration work-streams.
You will be required to identify and promote good examples of enhancement innovations of relevance to the organisation and will exploit the opportunity for more social learning through the use of current platforms such as Workplace.
You will also provide support to the Training Support Team in administering the LMS and responding.
About you
You will have a good understanding of learning technology best practice and you will be able to bring creativity to design of e-learning and on-line learning materials. You will have experience of working within a design brief and experience of on-line design.
You will have the ability to manage your own workload and be able to deal with multiple pieces of work, whilst understanding how your own deadlines and work will impact on others. You will have the ability to work with stakeholders to ensure designs meet their needs.
