Condition Based Monitoring Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Providing a competent standard of rotating and static equipment through various condition monitoring techniques.
- Collect and analyse condition monitoring data and formulate accurate and concise reports.
- Reporting first and second pass analysis, troubleshooting of CM results ensuring potential threats are identified and reported.
- Assist in compiling, manage and follow Method Statements, COSHH Assessments, Risk Assessments and SOPs
- Ensure equipment/facilities are maintained within the calibration control procedure

Skills and Experience:
- HNC in Maintenance/Engineering discipline
- Vibration Analysis Level 2
- Thermal 1
- ICML 1
- Alignment / Balancing
- Basic Pump Performance assessments
- Lubrication Assessment
- Pipework Vibration
- Basic Rotor Dynamics
- Ultrasound level 1

This is a mobile role and a company car will be provided
