Salary: GBP23,750 - GBP25,000 per annum inclusive of London Weighting + excellent benefits

Contract length: 12 month fixed-term contract

Are you a self-motivated and sharp minded individual with experience of delivering multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns and driving engagement through the delivery of email communications that engage and inspire?

We are looking for a driven individual to...

• Support the delivery of cross-channel marketing campaigns and communications with performance and brand KPIs
• Support digital delivery including email target audience development, copy-writing, building and the execution of email journeys
• Support the Senior Marketing Executive with media buying, journey mapping, data management, reporting and creative development
• Manage creative development for both online and offline applications, helping provide clear briefs and deliver compelling content
• Provide project management support to members of the Strategic Brand Management Team
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the CRUK brand, its assets and applications and help to produce, update and disseminate these
• Write & edit copy and support the project management of high profile publications and other campaign deliverables
• Build great relationships with key agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders, helping ensure the delivery of effective campaigns and help embed our brand across the charity
• Co-ordinate the evaluation of campaigns against KPIs to ensure ongoing optimisation and help to develop new opportunities.

Now we need an Brand Marketing Executive to play a key role in the planning, delivery and evaluation of activity across a range of channels, with a particular focus on driving engagement among our existing supporter base through the execution of our monthly email programme. You will also play a supporting role in protecting, promoting and embedding the brand within the charity.

• Experience of running email marketing campaigns, and subsequent campaign analysis
• Experience delivering brand projects and marketing campaigns - working with external agencies and in-house teams
• Experience of using Adobe Campaign or similar, and some knowledge of HTML
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Sound creative judgement
• Strong project management skills
• Strong attention to detail in both planning and delivery, with good copy writing and editing skills
• Experience of supporting budget management

You'll need the ability to influence and persuade across a wide range of stakeholders. You'll also need a comprehensive appreciation of marketing principles and best practice, and be passionate about brand and marketing.
