The right candidate will be a creative graduate who has a strong academic record with a 2:2 or above in Psychology or an SEN related discipline and previous experience working with SEN children either in a volunteer or paid role. The ideal individual should be able to deal with unfamiliar and challenging situations in a rational and collected manner. We want to meet graduates who can ignite a passion for learning within their pupils and encourage them to use their full potential.
