Top 100 Firm is currently looking to recruit a recently Qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its prestigious Manchester Litigation Team. Based in the city centre, this Tier 1 ranked department works with a variety of high-profile clients offering a wide range of commercial services.

The mainstay of the work will involve dealing with a caseload of a variety of commercial litigation matters. You will be dealing with everything from small, straightforward cases through to larger, more complex matters. The Firm prides itself on having a real expertise in the issues which are important, including fast delivery of commercial solutions to complex and critical issues. You will deal with all aspects of alternative dispute resolution, including negotiation, mediation and adjudication.
