About the role:
Their Multi Skilled Operatives carry out a variety of high quality, customer focused responsive maintenance within their tenanted properties. The role involves carpentry/joinery, fencing, plumbing, finishing work such as plastering and rendering, floor and wall tiling, high level works (guttering/roofing works) and painting.

What we’re looking for:
●      Relevant City and Guilds Craft Certificate or NVQ equivalent, preferably with post qualification experience
●      Experience in carpentry, plumbing, ground works, tiling, wet trades and high level works
●      Experience of installations, maintenance and repairs obtained through working in industry
●      Good IT skills
●      The ability to travel effectively and efficiently to all properties in our district
●      A flexible approach to hours worked and ability to respond to emergencies
