Summer Seasonal Worker

We are currently recruiting for a Summer Seasonal Worker to be based within our Ipswich Branch, likely to commence June 2019.
This opportunity is perfect for college and university students, or someone looking for a short-term temporary assignment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Review and record claims on in-house systems within product standards, check policy coverage and allocate appropriate codes and reserves.
• Ensure all client specific questions are asked and data obtained
• Adhere to 100% accuracy in respect of data entry quality.
• Respond to all written and phone enquiries clearly, courteously and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with clients process's and requirements for both First Notification Of Loss and First Notification Of Events reports, ensuring customer satisfaction and expectations are successfully managed.
• Develop relationships with clients by providing a friendly, efficient service.
• Set clear expectations and next steps to the client
• When required assist with the attempted capture of Third Parties in line with the client requirements and conditions.
• Sell the benefits of our approved repairer network to ensure Own Damage and Third Party damage is managed by us
• Ensure challenges to the above and addressed and every effort is made to overcome objections to preferred process
• Work closely with those around you and offer support and guidance to ensure all claims run smoothly in a proactive manner
• Ensure you utilise soft skills and tailor your approach to the requirements of the caller
• Assist in general office administration (e.g. post, printing, order supplies, maintaining equipment) to ensure smooth running of office where required.
• Comply with all Gallagher Bassett and office procedures and behaviours.
• Actively participate in Gallagher Bassett training programme and focus on self development.

• Monday to Friday 09:00 - 15:30
• Monday to Friday 10:00 - 18:00
• Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00
• Monday to Friday 12:00 - 20:00 X2
• Saturday and Sunday - 08:00 - 16:00 X2
• Saturday and Sunday 14:00 - 22:00 X2
