Parts Manager - Prestige Dealer Company
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Manager for our prestige client.
Responsibilities;
- Monitor and measure the performance of all Parts department staff under your supervision.
- Assume responsibility of the Aftersales Manager if required, during absence and ensure all procedures within the parts department are adhered to in accordance to company policy.
- To ensure adequate resources are utilized during staff absences maintaining the smooth running of the Parts department.
- To serve the customer in a polite and responsible manner and to ensure that payment is made to the Company's requirements and policies at that time.
- To answer the phone as quickly as possible, obtaining information as required, enabling the parts to be supplied correctly.
- To ensure that all primary parts are stocked in accordance with the manufacturers minimum requirements.
Experience in this role is a MUST.
Hours; Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm Sat's on a rota
