About the Role:

  • To ensure all key service standards are kept to the highest level delivered with consistency and company standards are implemented to the highest level 
  • To demonstrate commanding control over the Front Entrance area and manage the flow of traffic and the safe arrival & departure of guests and luggage to and from the hotel.
  • To assist guests with any requests either for concierge or front desk Give directions to guests, arranging taxis, communicating guest arrivals to the CSR team Greet and engage with all arrival, departure and in-house guests with personal recognition.
  • To give a warm welcome to guests, opening & closing vehicle doors Assists CSR team as and when required 
  • Be willing to help wherever possible and to understand the flexibility required when business levels peak and trough, to deliver the best possible service 
  • Offer consistent, friendly and high standard assistance to guests and maintain a lobby presence that offers courteous and attentive service.


About You:

  • You will live and breathe amazing service delivery with a warm and welcoming personality. You should demonstrate to us that you deliver unforgettable customer service, constantly exceeding expectations and maintaining confidential information
  • Relationships with customers, crews and co-workers are essential in our industry, you should show your ability to build strong professional working relationships and go above and beyond for everyone you work with 
  • We like to do all we can to make our customers experience memorable so lifting luggage and greeting visitors outside the building in all weathers is required. Reasonable adjustments will be considered for those with a disability or impairment.
  • Our customers are everything and need us 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Whilst your shifts will be provided well in advance, it would be advantageous if you were flexible in your working hours. 
  • Our customers come from all over the world, any additional languages would be an advantage for building relationships - although this is not essential so please still apply if you are not wonderfully bilingual!
