Hours: 36.25 hrs per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high performing and experienced individual to join our Legal Enforcement Team as a Legal Enforcement Administrator on a full-time basis.

 

The Role

We are looking for a Legal Enforcement Administrator to join our team. You will: 

  • Effectively use ICT systems to provide an excellent administration service to colleagues
  • Undertake administrative projects as required
  • Monitor former tenant and recharge accounts and liaise with colleagues of any actions required
  • Support the Legal Enforcement team administratively when they are preparing legal papers and court applications, including liaising with the Courts on the timeliness of Court Hearings.

You will have:

  • Excellent administrative, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills with a methodical approach and ability to keep accurate records
  • A high level of ICT skills
  • The ability to cope under pressure and prioritise workloads
  • The ability to demonstrate a high degree of initiative and forward plan work schedules
