An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high performing and experienced individual to join our Legal Enforcement Team as a Legal Enforcement Advisor on a part-time basis (18 hours per week).
The Role
We are looking for a Legal Enforcement Advisor to join our team. You will:
- Assist the team in pursuing former tenant debt
- Complete legal paperwork and general administration for current tenant debt and all other tenancy breach
You will have:
- Excellent administrative, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills with a methodical approach and ability to keep accurate records
- A high level of ICT skills
- The ability to cope under pressure and prioritise workloads
- The ability to demonstrate a high degree of initiative and forward plan work schedules
