Assistant Cook/Chef
We are seeking an experienced chef. Applicants must have a strong culinary background to consistently provide quality fresh food, to a high standard, to club members and visitors. This will include everyday snack and meal provision, plus catering for functions and societies. You should have energy and personality that will enable you to work with and guide the catering team.
In conjunction with the Club’s Management Team you will manage the planning, preparation and delivery of food in an efficient, effective and friendly manner. You will maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and adherence to regulations and help with ordering, record keeping and costing analyses. You will any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis.
Salary £18k-£20k
