Facilities Officer
Is this the moment that you launch your career at Webhelp? As we continue to grow, we are looking for an additional Facilities Officer to join us in Glasgow at our sites in Hope Street and City Park. Earning a salary of up to GBP20,500 you will work as part of an established team between the hours of 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday. A driving licence is essential for this role.
As Facilities Officer you will ensure all Webhelp properties, equipment and services are maintained to the highest standards together with providing quality facilities and support services for all end-users. You will manage contractors carrying out Facilities services in order to ensure they comply with all safety at work requirements and to improve and develop their services.
To help you succeed, previous experience of working within environments where you have demonstrated the ability to maintain and repair none technical installations plus provide solutions and fixes to every day non-technical defects is essential. You will be empowered to deliver world class customer experience and deliver great results, so being a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills will benefit you in your career with Webhelp.
You will be organised, have the ability to both prioritise and use your initiative. You will liaise with key stakeholders establishing their requirements providing regular clear updates.
