Field Based (covering central London)

The Role:     

As a Field Based Service Engineer, you will repair warden call alarms at customers’ homes throughout a designated region.      

Specifically, your role will involve:     
 

- Working on all systems in-line with industry Standards, accreditations and SLAs     
- Processing jobs via a tablet or PDA     
- Keeping accurate records of completed work     
- Participating in an on-call rota 

About You: 

To be considered as a Field Based Service Engineer, you’ll need: 

- Experience as a warden call alarm engineer  
- Previous experience of working with Tynetec and Tunstall systems  
- A full, valid driving licence     
- Great communication skills     
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
