Junior Control Systems Engineer

Wigan
An innovative are on the lookout for a Junior Controls Engineer to join their growing organisation based in Wigan. They are an experienced system integrator working in a variety of industries and have over 20 years' experience delivering outstanding automation solutions to world class companies.
The company are heavily involved in projects within the Food and Beverage, Automotive and Pharmaceutical industry.
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
* Experience of working with the project life cycle
* Educated to HNC/HND or Degree level or equivalent, combined with experience in system integration
* High level of ability to understand and produce control system design documents
* Be able to travel across the UK
* Basic mechanical understanding
* Experience in preparation and review of control system design, build and test specifications to the required standard
* Design and test control systems in accordance with agreed specifications, standards and legislation
* Onsite commissioning and testing of control systems while adhering to site regulations
* Experience with PLC, SCADA and HMI
* Working experience of programming with Siemens and Schneider, however others will be considered.
