The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager - Sales (1 post) to join our Sales team.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for managing all marketing activity relating to Onwards ambitious new home sales programme across the North West, to maximise lead generation and sales income.

You will develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and raise awareness and understanding of the homeownership options available to target markets, as well as enhancing Onwards reputation and brand image to prospective and existing customers.  

Working closely and collaboratively with the Sales Manager to drive sales performance, you will ensure that all marketing is appropriate to the target market and marketing requirements are met on all new developments.

You will manage the newly launched Onward sales website and ensure continuous improvement, alongside launching and managing all social media and digital marketing for new home sales.

Developing and overseeing innovative marketing and PR campaigns to promote and develop the new Onward sales brand and maintain brand consistency across all channels you will maximise awareness of our homeownership products and services, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

You will manage the resources and priorities of the team ensuring effective and efficient use of resources to deliver agreed performance

targets and customer satisfaction.

It is essential that you have experience and knowledge of successfully managing multiple property related marketing campaigns, utilising a broad range of marketing tools and also excellent written and verbal communication skills to a wide variety of audiences and excellent proof reading and copy writing skills.

Experience in the procurement and management of design agencies and other suppliers, successfully managing and motivating a team to achieve results and managing budgets and an ability to plan to ensure tight deadlines are met are all essential requirements for the role.
