We are recruiting an additional Support Worker to join our highly valued Tenant Support Service. We are recruiting to one permanent post.

We are looking for motivated and committed individuals who can achieve excellent outcomes for the people we support. The role is varied and rewarding.

You will have experience in housing related support, housing, welfare benefits or a related field.  You will work across the city, providing face to face support to vulnerable adults in their own homes.

You will use your skills and initiative to engage people with a wide range of needs, including: physical disabilities, mental health problems and substance misuse issues. You will provide housing related support to prevent homelessness.  You will also promote the independence, confidence and skills of the people you work with.
