There is an exciting permanent role in west London for a Housing Association. They are looking for an Estate Manager who will be managing 4 -6 people who then have a team under them.
You will be managing:
* Residential Building Managers (Estate Managers)
* Residential Caretakers
* Mobile Caretakers
* Ground Maintenance
* Health and Safety, Fire safety
Therefore, it will be key that you have knowledge in these areas. You will also have to make sure behavioural expectations are realised, poor performance is dealt with and policies and procedures are adhered to.
They are offering 36k for the right person, with interviews late next week with a start date shortly after.
