Field Radio Paging / "Nurse call" Installation & Sales Engineer
Location: The position is based in Dunstable, a company van / car will be provided for travel to customers sites to carry out installation and service work. Hours of work 37.5 hours per week plus overtime and on call. Company Pension scheme included 25 days per year holiday pro rata
You will have radio / paging experience. If the successful candidate does not have Nursecall / "Nurse call" experience the client will provide Training.
Founded over 40 years ago, our client supplies, installs and maintains paging, radio and call systems to hospitals, universities and major corporations. We are looking for a installation and service engineer to install new systems and look after customers existing systems.
Duties will include amongst other things; repairing POCSAG pagers, installing paging transmitters, nursecall systems and two way DMR radio systems. 24 hour call out for certain customers where remote support is not available.
The client is looking for Engineers with paging, radio and nurse call experience. The role will involve the Sales / upselling of these products to existing / new customers. Sales bonus will be paid.
Customers mainly in the South and Midlands.
Skills required: Knowledge of basic DMR 2 way radio systems, Tetra Radio, POCSAG paging systems and Nursecall systems as well as good IT skills. Good at coming up with solutions/ ideas for new and existing system requirments. Must be prepared to be on call. You will have radio / paging experience. If the successful candidate does not have Nursecall experience the client will provide Training.
Basic around GBP25k pa woth 1st year OTE of around GBP35k pa
