Salary: 16 hours - actual salary £8,557 (FTE £18,764) plus benefits, 27 days' holiday per annum (pro rata) 

Contract Period: 1 year period fixed-term contract 

Wired is a registered charity that provides a range of services to disabled adults, children, young people, parents and carers. WIRED is seeking to appoint a positive and organised Administrator and Information Officer to work within Liverpool & Knowsley SEND IASS (Special Educational Needs & Disabilities Information, Advice and Support Service). The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high quality administrative support and customer service to a wide range of stakeholders.

The Administration and Information Officer is a first point of contact for children and young people with SEND (Special Educational Needs/Disabilities), their parents/carers, and multi-agency professionals. The Administration and Information Officer will provide efficient & effective administrative support to Liverpool & Knowsley SEND IASS to enable the smooth running of this fast-paced service.

It is essential to have experience of developing and maintaining effective administrative systems in an office environment. You will need to demonstrate a high standard of communication and customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Adobe Acrobat writer (or equivalent packages), and databases, experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage.

The person appointed will need to be competent at making day-to-day decisions and able to manage their time efficiently. Click apply below!
