Legal Assistant Real Estate

The Job:
Due to the success, our client is looking for a Legal Assistant within their real estate team. This is a busy department and the volume of work is high and is dealing with residential
purchases for Housing Associations and other providers and Developers.
- Deal with title checks and reports on title, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals for registered providers and private developers.
- Provide all our clients with a high quality service in accordance with the Firm's procedures.
- Maintain and improve relations with existing clients and spot opportunities for business development and enhancement of the current services we offer.
The Person:
For this role, our client is looking for someone who has:
• Plot Sales or property or housing / development experience is desirable.
• Residential property experience experience is desirable.
• Good eye for detail.
• Working with case management systems.
• Ability to juggle a busy and varied workload.
• High standards of client service essential.
• Excellent communication skills - high volume of interaction via the telephone.
• Good IT skills.
• Enthusiastic & team approach to working.
• A desire to learn and develop legal skills in the area of development, housing and commercial property,
