We are looking for a bright and ambitious graduate to join one of the UK's leading International Capital Markets firm based in London. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the monthly payroll payment and weekly expenses payments processing and reporting in line with legislation and Company policy.
  • Process all HR and payroll changes approved by HR escalating any queries to the Payroll Supervisor, relevant HR Business Partner or Head of HR as appropriate.
  • Update and maintain the HR and Payroll systems, and the filing of hard copy and electronic records on a timely basis.
  • Run all monthly HR and payroll reports from the respective systems for approval for release by the relevant senior team member.
  • To assist the HR Business Partners in the administration of the bi-annual work experience programme
  • To process and maintain up-to-date sickness and absence records, chasing any required Fit for Work notes that remain outstanding.
  • To assist the HR team in the management of employee relations cases, ensuring records are up to date
  • To assist the HR team in relation to core processes and practices, i.e. recruitment and selection and performance management
  • To support HR department with completion of the core annual HR processes, i.e. Performance management, Learning & Development Plan, Compensation plan
  • To assist the Payroll & Benefits Supervisor in the completion of tax year end responsibilities
  • To support the HR department with continuous project work in respect of delivery of the

  • Group HR plan
  • To complete filing, ad hoc administration and completion of any other reasonable task as

  • required by management
  • To manage the HR and Payroll inboxes.
