Data and Systems Support Administrator BLUD80428

Here at Fresh, we are looking for a Data and Systems Support Administrator to join our friendly IT and Business Applications team in Sheffield.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is analytically minded and is passionate about data. 

This varied role will collaborate with different departments to maintain and develop a suite of reports and dashboards for our clients and internal departments within our CRM system, Salesforce.

The position will also include ad hoc support to our other internal systems via our helpdesk ticketing system, Zendesk and our Business Apps helpline. 

About You

We’re looking for a candidate who is proficient in the use of Salesforce or another leading CRM/database system.  With experience of designing reports and dashboards within a CRM system/reporting platform, you will be able to understand data implications and analyse accordingly and will be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

Demonstrating a strong work ethic, you will be pro-active and able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as being a team player and able to work collaboratively with, and through, others.

Excellent Excel skills including creating v lookups, pivot tables etc is also essential, along with strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook).

Although not essential, experience in working in multi-site environment along with experience in the residential accommodation sector would be an advantage.
