Here at Fresh Property Group, we are now looking for a confident and creative Marketing Executive to play a key role in supporting our busy Marketing Team; promoting both Fresh Student Living and Five Nine Living schemes to the relevant audiences.

As a key point of contact for our local Accommodation Teams and working alongside our agency partners, you will help to deliver bespoke marketing plans for each of our locations to raise brand awareness and ultimately drive lettings. Working alongside our Artworker, you will manage the content creation, print and distribution of all marketing collateral such as; flyers, signage, posters and online advertising and assist with organising video and photoshoots. The Marketing Executive will also produce engaging social media content for our blog and social media pages whilst keeping the company websites and portal adverts up to date.

About You

So, if you hold a Degree in Marketing and have proven experience in a busy, varied marketing role which will have seen you managing several projects at any given time, then we want to hear from you!

An excellent communicator with a bubby personality, you will be comfortable in working independently or as part of a team and have strong copywriting and proof reading skills, with the ability to engage and connect with the relevant audience. Proficient in all Microsoft packages, you will ideally have experience using Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop and InDesign and have good Digital Marketing knowledge to include Email Marketing, Social Media Management and using CMS systems.

Experience of blogging would be a distinct advantage, however this is not essential.
