We deliver professional training to the next generation of couple therapists and provide clinical services to couples and parents throughout London. 

Now, we’re looking for a Deputy Programme Manager to implement an innovative programme aimed at reducing parental conflict.

Your Role 

As the Deputy Programme Manager, you will be tasked with supporting the establishment, leadership and management of the Reducing Conflict Programme (RCP) for families in Essex, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. 

The Reducing Parental Conflict (RPC) Programme, which is funded by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), will trial a range of different interventions for parents and is an exciting new development within this field. The aim of the programme is to strengthen co-parenting relationships and reduce parental conflict. 

Your role will involve occasional travel across Essex, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. 

The role will also involve: 

- Leading a team of practitioners who deliver the interventions with parents 
- Developing and sustaining strong relationships with training providers and sub-contractors 
- Liaising closely with local partner authorities and the DWP 
- Reviewing the effectiveness of the work, responding to challenges and delivering necessary alterations 

About You 

To be considered as a Deputy Programme Manager, you will need: 

- Experience of staff and project management 
- Substantial clinical experience of working with, and supervising and managing work with couples and families, including those who are hard to engage or living in adverse circumstances, and those in rural communities 
- Experience of delivering parenting programmes 
- A relevant post-graduate professional qualification in psychology, psychotherapy, social work, teaching or equivalent
