We are recruiting for a global Print Solutions organisation based in Egham in Surrey for a EMEA HR Business Partner.

The H R Business Partner will deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business within their region, managing multiple countries. They will proactively advise on best practice HR and support the people management functions that underpin the business culture. The broad areas include: recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, reward, professional growth, communications and performance management. In addition they will also lead and support recruitment for EMEA plus the overall payroll function.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Partner with leaders to implement specific programs and initiatives directly aligned to business strategy in the areas of performance management, recognition, career development, organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, compensation planning and employee relations.

-Manage the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business and provide coaching, training & mentoring to direct reports.

-Work with HR Director to give feedback on strategies and programs to more effectively meet the needs of the business.

Actively identify gaps & challenges in HR matters, propose and implement the changes necessary to cover risks using HR best practices and in alignment with business strategy.

-Ability to conduct analysis and deliver data driven presentations/ recommendations to senior management.

-Continually evaluates the effects of voluntary and involuntary turnover.

-Ensure compliance of all HR practices within area of responsibilities and with consideration of legislative and regulatory requirements, standards and other known relevant policies and guidelines.

-Responsible for escalated/ higher level employee relation issues.

-Performance management: coach managers on high level performance management issues and processes.

-Manage the payroll activities for EMEA in conjunction with the finance team.

-Review, revise and maintain best practice HR policies in line with globally consistent standards and specific to local market statutory requirements to ensure effective management and support of employees. Communicate these policies and procedures through the maintenance of an up to date employee handbook.

-Understand external threats and opportunities in the industry that could potentially impact business.

-Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.

-Serve as a change management champion within the region and on internal HR team.

Build and maintain strong and effective relationships within assigned groups.

Skills

-CIPD level 5 or above

-Excellent understanding of employment law.

-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, motivate and develop all levels of staff.

-Experience of working independently to advise and guide managers on complex projects/Employee relation issues

-Experience of dealing with a wide range of stakeholders and able to build effective working relationships at all levels.

Ability to represent the Human Resource function as part of the bigger business picture

-Confident directing HR and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development.

Excellent time management skills, able to multi task, work independently, prioritise workloads and work within a fast paced environment.
