An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation. Our client, a blue-chip IT company, is currently seeking Recruiter/Co-ordinator (for Finance) based at their Leading Software customer site in Newbury. It is a full-time, temporary role for 3 months to start ASAP. The role is paying GBP21.85 per hour Ltd/Umbrella company

Our client is a leading infrastructure software company with global scale. The Group is the seventh largest software company in the world, the largest technology company listed on the FTSE and the largest UK technology company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. They specialise in managing predominantly mature infrastructure software assets which have been delivering value to significant numbers of customers over long periods of time.

Maintains relationships with hiring managers within a business and sub-region; develops relationships with key decision-makers.

* Drives and supervises the achievement of the hiring targets largely for Finance roles.

Manages the beginning to end staffing process within the sub region; implements sourcing strategies within the sub regions, screens candidates, provides a short list of candidates, coordinates interviews, creates offer letters, and facilitates relocation.

* Counsels with managers on the hiring process and ensures that managers are in compliance with corporate and government policy.

* Establishes relationships with vendors and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) to meet the needs of the staffing plan.

* Uses significant business knowledge and subject matter expertise to contribute to the execution of the staffing strategy, including talent attraction, hiring & contingent workforce.

Education and Experience Required:

* First level university degree.

* Typically 4-6 years of related experience

Knowledge and Skills Required:

* Strong communication skills

* Should also have good experience in excel
