JOB ROLE: Staffing Executive
COMPANY: Marketing
HOURS: 9am - 6pm
SALARY: 21K - 23K
LOCATION: Holborn

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment: Supporting team with recruitment of permanent and temporary retail and event staff, screening CVs, conducting Skype interviews and managing admin. Booking staff onto activities and liaising with staff on phone, email and face to face.
* Booking job ads
* Monitoring responses
* CV & Skype screening
Booking: Maintaining staff booking system, sign off wage sheets, ensuring correct pay rates and expenses are applied, communicating regularly with staff, working with team to ensure all activity is booked and team briefed
* Administration
* Data entry
* Expense reconciliation
* Raising POs
* Maintaining spreadsheets
* Buying and distributing uniforms
* Financial
* Ensure expenditure is within budget and signed off by Account Director
* Ensure Paprika system is kept up to date for all expenses
* Booking suppliers
* Working within budgets
* HR and legislation
* Ensure all legislation is adhered to
Briefing: Ensuring staff are fully briefed on expectations of role and have all the information they need.
Reporting: Creating reporting spreadsheets, updating reports, liaising with staff to feed information back in timely manner, understanding objectives of activity
* Attention to detail
* Excel skills
Communications: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, field staff and clients
Competencies
Commercial awareness
* Negotiate best rates with venues or suppliers
* Work within budgets, ensuring any over spends are signed off by the budget holder;
* Ensure billing happens in an accurate and timely manner;
* Signing off applicable POs up to agreed values.
Client care & customer service
* Assist with the recruitment
* Organise specific castings for client's activities as required.
* Booking staff
Organisation & attention to detail
* Ensure all documentation/identification for new recruits is saved on the database;
* Demonstrate an ability to work well in a busy environment.
* Show that you can work independently.
* Demonstrate the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure, delivering required results
* Maintain databases to ensure accuracy in reporting
Industry & iD knowledge
* Research and target new locations for candidate attraction;
* Check to ensure understanding and compliance with all relevant UK legislation
* Understanding and using internal systems effectively
* Understanding the retail environment
Communication
* Demonstrate excellent presentation skills
* Deal with staff, client and colleague queries in a professional manner at all times;
* Demonstrate ability to brief suppliers, negotiate costs and place orders;
* Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and consistently across phone interviews, Skype calls, and face to face sessions, in an engaging and concise way
Team work
* Work closely with team to ensure all tasks are prioritised effectively
Dedication & commitment
* Display the drive and determination needed to complete all tasks on a timely basis;
* Show that you are reliable in all circumstances;
* Demonstrate a can do attitude.
