Purpose
Our client based in the Northolt area is looking for a Training Officer to join their team. The Training Officer will be responsible for creating and maintaining internal training programmes. Support the training across 4 different sites.
Key Responsibilities:
•Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the annual training plan.
•Input to the induction programme for new starters.
•Organise or run any refresher courses that might be required within the Business.
•Create and source training materials and training schedules in order to meet company requirements.
•Deliver training sessions, webinars and workshops as and when required.
•Analyse and report on the results of the training programmes and make improvements if necessary.
Experience and Qualifications:
•Experience working as a Trainer and holds relevant qualifications
•Experience designing course content.
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to present in front of a group of people
