A well-established West End law firm with an excellent reputation seeks an experienced and confident Legal Secretary/PA to join their well-regarded Real Estate team.

You'll be supporting Senior Partners who deal with a fast-paced and interesting mix of commercial and residential property transactions, and property finance.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Diary management and other PA assistance for fee-earners;

* Document production, dictation typing, drafting and formatting reports and correspondence;

* Property and conveyancing transactional work including undertaking all property related Land Registry and Companies House forms searches, completing and submitting SDLTs, preparing Completion Statements, preparing contracts and leases and other documents and forms, etc;

* Client liaison, being a friendly and positive client point of contact, and accurately keeping contact details; and

* Record-keeping, digital dictation, opening and closing files, assistance with client billing, filing and archiving etc.

You'll need solid recent experience as a Legal PA/Secretary in Property (especially Commercial Property) including knowledge of all forms and searches etc. You'll also have a typing speed above 65wpm, solid confidence with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
