We have an opportunity an experienced and organised Legal Secretary to join the Property Litigation team for a 6 month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering a professional secretarial service of the highest quality.

Working within this global leading organisation based in Central Milton Keynes, you will be required to carry out the following duties:

* Proactive diary management

* Creating/amending documents and letters

* Digital dictation

* Organising meetings, travel arrangements, lunches and conference calls

* Collating billing guides, drafting narratives and covering letters to clients / liaising with accounts team on billing matters

* Time recording

* Updating/adding contacts to InterAction

* Processing expense claims electronically

* Photocopying, filing and scanning

We are looking for someone with:

* Proven experience within a similar secretarial role, with current or previous property litigation experience a distinct advantage

* Fast, accurate typing skills

* Ability to turn around documents at speed

* Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Excel and advanced Powerpoint skills

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Effective communication skills

* Ability to use own initiative and remain calm under pressure

* Sound team player

* Confident and professional telephone manner

* Pro-active and "can do" attitude

* Willingness to work beyond core business hours to meet clients' expectations
