I am currently recruiting for a Senior Landlord & Tenant Surveyor on a 3-month contract working along a local London authority.
Key Qualifications:
??Property Related degree (RICS)
??Full member of the RICS or equivalent
??Full Driving Licence
Key Responsibilities:
??An understanding of the Process of Asset Review and Asset Management
??An Understanding of Landlord and Tenant and Property Law and Case Law
??Carrying out rent reviews, lease renewals
??Asset Management Development experience
??Experience in a local authority or similar
??Understanding of Valuation Methods and Valuation Practice, Process of Disposal, Acquisitions and related Legislation
??Experience of asset disposals and acquisitions
