Our local authority client based in Slough are urgently seeking an experienced Service and Quality Assurance Officer.
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To participate in the contract monitoring activities of the Council's Partnership Development and Client function by ensuring that service and quality assurance activities in relation to the performance of the Service provider meets the Council's contractual obligations
Experience
* Minimum of 2 years experience working at an Assessment officer level within a Benefits Service
* Experience of working in a similar partnership arrangement which includes similar services
* Experience of undertaking a quality checking role in a similar post
* Experience of working with the Academy system
Knowledge
* A comprehensive understanding of the operations relating to all services in scope of the partnership
* Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the rules and regulations around Housing and Council Tax Support
* Knowledge and skill in collecting, collating, analysing and presenting data
* Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
