Job Title: Seasonal Retail Sales Assistants

Location: Hampton Court Palace, the Tower of London, and Kensington Palace

Salary: £10 per hour

Job Type: Temporary, Full time & Part Time available

The Company is the charity responsible for the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Kensington Palace, Kew Palace, Banqueting House and Hillsborough Castle in Northern Ireland. They help everyone explore the stories of how monarchs and people helped shape society in some of the greatest palaces ever built.

Role Overview:

These roles provide the opportunity to make this palace an unforgettable, special and unique retail experience for every single customer. As well as providing outstanding service and advice to their customers, you will ensure the smooth operation of the shop and respond promptly and flexibly to customer needs.

If retailing is in your background and customer service is in your blood, you could join them. Seasonal Retail Sales Assistants roles (temporary) are now being recruited for May, June and July commencement across all palaces.

The Candidate:

You will be punctual, proactive and enthusiastic and will relish the challenge of working as part of a busy and professional retail team who are highly committed to customer care. You should enjoy exploring new and creative ways of working that add real value, and be committed to the delivery of high quality work. You should be confident, outgoing and flexible.

You will work a roster according to the needs of the business, which will be provided in advance and the shifts may include working weekends and bank holidays.

Additional Information:

Tower of London, and Kensington Palace:

• FT positions
• PT positions ( 30hrs, 28hrs, 24hrs, and weekends only)
• Replenishment assistant roles (FT & PT)

Hampton Court ONLY:

• PT 30hrs x 1 (June to November 2019)
• PT 14 (weekends only) x 1 (June to September 2019)
