We are seeking to appoint a Finance Manager
As the on-site finance lead for the Academy, you will take responsibility for finance systems and processes across the operation to drive efficiency and value for money in line with the Academy Financial Forecast. You will ideally have an accountancy qualification and experience at a strategic level in objective setting and financial planning.
A flexible approach will be a key attribute, together with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate financial issues to non-finance personnel, leadership and the Governing Body. The successful candidate will also have strong technical capability and experience to establish and maintain procedures for the analysis of data and budgetary control.
