With a staff of over ninety people and a turnover of £7m, we up-skill more than 85,000 people each year and work with businesses and other stakeholders to create innovative skills solutions.
 
We are now looking for a Product Administrator to join our growing team.

As a Product Administrator, you will be tasked with producing support materials for our technical awards and qualifications.
 
You will work alongside Product Managers who are responsible for individual awards and qualifications and will ensure that all material is of the highest quality and standard.
 
Specifically, you will:
 
- Format and proofread documentation, ensuring they comply with our house style
- Liaise with external service providers and review the quality of their work
- Update our externally-facing websites with key documents
- Maintain accounts information
- Ensure the product directory is accurate and up-to-date
 
Interested? To be considered, you’ll need:
 
- Experience of providing co-ordination and administration support to a team
- Previous experience of working in a quality critical environment
- Strong proofreading skills
- A track record of working to deadlines
- Strong MS Office skills, including Word and Excel
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (due to our remote location)
 
Organised and proactive, as a Product Administrator, you will also need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a customer focused approach and a close attention to detail.
 
Knowledge of QA systems and processes would be beneficial to your applications, as would project management skills. Experience of managing external stakeholders would also be an advantage, as would the ability to produce content and update websites.
