Our client is an established North London Housing Association, working across four boroughs - Enfield, Barnet, Haringey and Waltham Forest. Their purpose is to identify local needs, to respond to these needs with local solutions and to provide excellent services. They invest in high quality housing, support and services that are affordable and accessible to those in housing need.

Our client is currently seeking a Repairs and Maintenance Manager to provide a comprehensive and effective high quality repairs and maintenance service for the Association. You’ll manage instructions, orders and recharges; deal with budgets and invoice reconciliations and monitor contractor performance. You’ll also compile reports / statistics and contribute to the development of policies and practices relating to asset management.

Our client is seeking someone who has worked at manager level within social housing dealing with repairs and maintenance. You’ll be IT literate and a keen problem solver with the ability to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines. It’s essential that you are customer focussed and a strong relationship builder and you’ll have a strong commitment to the organisation’s values and ethos.

Our client is seeking a candidate who can work with some flexibility as some evening and weekend work will be required to cover an on call rota. A full UK driving licence is essential.
