Sugarman Health and Wellbeing are recruiting internally for someone to join our Candidate Relationship team.
We are is a specialist care provider of health and social care staff across the UK. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven person to join our team.
Within this position you will grow and manage the recruitment and liaise closely with the account management team to identify recruitment needs.
You will be actively sourcing nurses, carers and support workers to register with the agency and ensuring they complete the recruitment process in a speedy but accurate manner, as well as maintaining a high standard of compliance across the board.
Experience within recruitment is not essential however you will need to be goal orientated and an excellent and happy to work in a fast paced environment having the drive to achieve your objectives whilst maintaining a high level of customer care. You will demonstrate outstanding communication and organisational skills and have a flexible approach to work.
You will be required to travel to Manchester 2 days a week and Liverpool for 3 days per week.
Competitive Salary and Bonus scheme.
Interviews will be held within the next few weeks.
