Allstaff are delighted to be assisting their client in recruiting for a Residential Childcare Practitioner.
As the Residential Childcare Practitioner you will be providing high quality assessment and residential care for young people.
The role is being offered on a full time permanent basis with shifts of 10x24.5 hours per month plus 8 hours for meetings.
As the Residential childcare practitioner your duties will include:
* Providing a high standard of care for young persons
* Accurate record keeping and report writing
* Participating in risk assessment, behaviour support and treatment plans
* Contributing to care planning and reviews
* Ensuring monitoring and safeguarding is carried out to an exceptionally high level
To apply for this role you will need to have experience of working with children and young adults in a residential setting or an environment dealing with challenging behaviour, basic computer skills and own a full driving licence.
