Casual E-Learning Invigilator / Technician
This is a new role within the College and we are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who can provide support within a workshop environment to students studying online and invigilate online examinations.
You will be working as part of our Re Engagement team, supporting unemployed adults back to work. The post will be based at our City Skills Centre, which operates Monday to Friday 50 weeks of the year.
You will hold a minimum Level 2 in maths and English (GCSE Grade C or above, GCSE Grade 4 or above or equivalent) as well as a minimum Level 2 qualification in IT and / or equivalent Microsoft Word/Excel experience.
Good IT, communication and customer service skills are essential to this role. You must be reliable, punctual and able to adhere to awarding body regulations. The ability to work without close supervision and work through problems is also a fundamental quality for this role.
This is a casual role with no fixed number of hours available. A typical morning session would be 9.00 - 12.30 and the afternoon session would be 1.00 - 15.30.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidates.
