Inhouse Recruitment Specialist

Elevation HR are currently recruiting for an In-house Recruitment Specialist to join a leading Professional Services business. This is an exciting time to join this leading organisation as they go on a journey of change and growth.

You will be an experienced proactive recruiter who is always looking for the best way to attract top talent.

This individual will take responsibility for:

•Ensuring that the Internal relationships with the Line Managers are effectively developed and that you are seen as a person of trust and that will get the right person

• Candidate attraction including direct advertising, social media, CV searching, referrals and agency partners

•Supporting hiring managers with the selection process and interviewing, where appropriate

•Co-ordinate internal moves as agreed in the recruitment process

•To deliver ad hoc HR/recruitment projects in line with the HR strategy and annual HR goals

Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:

•Experienced In-house recruiter ideally with a background in Technology

•Experience of working across multiple roles

•Have demonstrable experience of engaging difficult stakeholders

•You will have the ability to work autonomously
