Our client is a large social housing organisation near Burnley and is looking for a joiner on the reactive maintenance team with an immediate start.
The works will be to complete responsive joinery repair works within tenanted homes - some basic plastering works in empty homes and some with tenants in - jobs such as rehanging doors, changing locks, basic patchwork plaster-work and very basic plumbing duties
The area covered is East Lancashire so anyone with experience in social housing repair with the relevant skills and experience is urged to apply quickly
