My client, a Lincolnshire based council, is looking for a Triage Officer with proven experience working within the HRA legislation and giving prevention advice. This contact with be for an Initial 3 contract dealing with the public day to day, with the possibility of extension.
This role sits 'Inside IR35'.
About you
Customer service skills essential as you will be required to resolve all issues in a calm and effective manner. Communicate effectively with colleagues, homelessness applicants, land lords and other 3rd parties.
About the role
* Offer preventative advice in line with HRA legislation
* Assist in new initiatives designed to prevent homelessness
* Exhibit a strong working knowledge of the HRA legislation
* Investigate all homeless applications within the time frame set
* Liaise with 3rd parties to resolve and prevent homelessness
