We are looking for a customer focused individual committed to exceeding the expectations of their clients. You will ideally have a background in delivering service with strong administration and problem-solving skills. Experience in Transport and Logistics would be helpful but not essential.

The Account Manager Role
You will be working onsite to fulfil client demands from recruitment and selection to daily planning and worker management. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Fulfilling daily volume requirements in line with client expectation and deadlines
  • The recruitment, selection and placement of suitably qualified workers
  • Inputting and checking data for weekly payroll and management reporting ensuring accuracy and time sensitive deadlines are met
  • Providing a positive customer experience, from first contact to dealing with any worker queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Preparing documentation and conducting regular client review meetings.
  • Providing out of hours on-call support as required.
  • Meeting minimum compliance requirement and maintaining accurate records for audit purposes.
Who are we looking for?
  • You will be a committed, personable, customer focused person with great communication skills, able to build and maintain effective relationships with both clients and customers
  • It is essential you have strong administration and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and react quickly to new situations in a fast-moving environment
  • Accuracy, eye for detail and some IT literacy are essential, some experience in transport and logistics helpful but not essential as training will be provided.
