THE ROLEManage all F&B department projects and programs in collaboration with executives, other departments, stakeholders and colleagues Manage multiple projects concurrently Build a framework/dashboard to contain all projects, status', stakeholders, etc. to enable full visibility for department headsPlanning, structuring, implementing and overseeing projects Owning admin, timelines, teams and team delegation to achieve varied objectives Create and monitor budgets and schedules for active projects; update and report on the samePrepare reports, updates and pivots as necessary REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 years project management, preferably in a Food & Beverage, hospitality or retail environmentProject Manager qualifications requiredHighly organised and administrativeSelf motivated and organised and can work without supervision Travel and a flexible schedule are required
