We are looking for a talented, well organised individual to join the Computing and Library Services, Corporate Information Systems team. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a real flair for reviewing current manual and electronic business processes with a view to implementing IT solutions to maximise efficiency.
You will have a wealth of experience of building strong relationships with people at all levels of the organisation as this role represents a vital interface between technical and non-technical staff. You will also need to be flexible and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
You will be educated to degree level (or have an equivalent level of experience) with experience of working in a pressurised IT service environment.
An ability to communicate well with all levels of staff, students and outside agencies as well as highly developed customer awareness are attributes which are vital to this role.
