Our client is looking for a production professional to join their team as a Production Team Leader.
Your main duties will include health and safety compliance, KPI management and maintaining the culture of the production team to provide a happy, efficient working environment.
Strong communication skills will also be required in order to liaise effectively with senior management and other teams within the business.
You will also be involved with lean projects so CI experience would be advantageous for this position and a background in a leadership role is essential.
