You will be working for a award winning manufacturing company with a global presence, that specialises in providing market leading products.
Due to continues success my client is looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join their successful team with a proven background in providing technical solutions to regular and new customers.
The Role:
* Reviewing and prioritise incoming 'Requests for Quotes' in line with set KPI's.
* Provide technical proposals and quotation, ensuring that all technical data is correct in line with customers requirements.
* Process customer queries regarding orders, pricing, shipping and payments terms and product specifications.
* Manage and monitor the proposal throughout the entire bid cycle including updating and maintaining logs and liaising closely with engineering, production engineering and production
What you'll need to succeed:
* Must have an industrial/ manufacturing background with strong customer service exposure
* Understanding of engineering drawings and understanding of technical terminology is preferred
* Understanding of life cycle cost principles and the ability to create added value proposals.
* Attention to detail and process orientated mind set
* Experience in an office environment is essential
* Fluent English Essential with an additional European language very beneficial
