Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive - New Homes Department
Location - Exeter
Hours: Fulltime | Permanent
Our client is currently seeking a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join their growing New Homes Department at their Exeter office.
You will need to be able to deal with all aspects of New Homes conveyancing transactions including freehold & leasehold cases, mortgages and Help to Buy funded transactions.
As an experienced professional you will be expected to be able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
You will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Work well within a team
Excellent organisational skills
Time management
Approachable and friendly manner when dealing with clients and developers alike
Ability to work under pressure
Strong communication skills
Good IT skills
You will be required to have a DBS check for this position.
