KS1 Teacher of the Deaf at an inclusive Primary school with SEN provision
MPS and UPS inner London TLR
Permanent, Full-Time position starting September 2019

SANZA are looking for an outstanding Teacher of the deaf to join this successful school. You will have a good understanding of high quality teaching, strong interpersonal and organisational skills and be highly motivated and passionate about raising standards for children of all abilities. An additional TLR might be available to the right candidate.
You will raise the educational achievement of deaf and hearing impaired children by providing assessments, advice, training and direct teaching to the children and those who work with them. You will do this in collaboration with the support from a highly skilled and enthusiastic team of specialists.
The successful candidate will:
Have excellent curriculum knowledge
•Have high expectations of achievement for all pupils
•Experience with Early Years and Key Stage One
•Can inspire children
•Be committed to supporting the ethos of a Catholic school
•Be committed to working with parents and the wider school community
•Be creative and flexible with a good sense of humor
•Visits to the School to meet the Head, the children and staff are being goffered asap.
For this role, you must be a sociable Teacher of the Deaf who has a professional and calm approach to difficult situations. The school needs a teacher who has experience working with Reception and year 1 students. The role will involve working with a full range of deaf children within a school setting.
